2. Appointment Booking

Patients can book appointments online, by phone, or in person at the clinic. The booked appointment must be confirmed by our team.

• To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance
• No-shows without prior notice may result in the clinic refusing future bookings

3. Payments and Prices

All prices are stated in Bulgarian Lev (BGN) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

• We accept cash and card payments
• Some procedures may require a deposit upon booking
• Prices may change without notice, but will be announced in advance

4. Medical Information

Patients are required to provide accurate and complete medical information. Mint Clinic is not responsible for complications arising from missing or inaccurate information provided by the patient.

5. Warranties and Liabilities

Mint Clinic provides warranties for certain procedures and materials in accordance with applicable law. The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Non-compliance with doctor's recommendations
• Poor oral hygiene
• Trauma or incidents beyond the clinic's control

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, images, and content on the website are the property of Mint Clinic and are protected by copyright laws.

7. Changes to Terms

Mint Clinic reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on our website.
